the wrap up of our press launch was a huge relief.
this was what i had been busying myself silly with.
it's finally over and done with.
i am very impressed with the program and hope this will help more people along the way. not sure what im talking about? well..it's really detailed so i'd rather skip the elaboration. in a gist, it integrates elements of TCM and quantum science (which is space technology). i know it sounds wild but what's important is that it works!
so anyway, i interviewed a girl who had stroke at the age of 17 and eventually recovered with the help of the program. the interview was short and solemn.
i must've been so inundated with the press launch that im talking shop right now.
school projects used to cause me insane amount of stress. specifically making last minute mad dash to meet datelines. today, i just experienced the most stressful day of my adult life. i realized it when i nearly threw up this morning. symptom of stress i suppose.
what an understatement to say that im relieved. it's *resounding exhalation* a huge load off my chest.
need to breathe new life into my body. heading to batam for cable ski this saturday. getting jittery about it.

hello. i miss you. im having holidays now. and you are going away to batam. haha. im heading batam too .. this coming weekend! just for a night though. no cabel ski :( tell me more when you get back! misses.

im back and burnt! haha. it was fun but i suffered cuts.
row: i miss the beach heaps! planning to go back soon. like really really really soon! sigh despite looking nicer as a fair and dainty lady, i still enjoy the sun, beach and sea more. haha. no matter where i hide, the sun is in my heart.
note to both: cable skiing is like wakeboarding without the boat. its damn fun. u girls should come along next time! tell u more face to face. =)
