I had filming on the eve of Valentine's Day, a Sunday, so I briefly told Nick we didn't have to do anything fancy. In reality, we had a succession of busy celebrations prior such as CNY and our Anniversary, and I was slightly nauseated of celebrations. Liking the idea of a fail proof date yet wanting somewhere special, we went back to Casa Verde at Botanical Gardens.
The starter soup was so delish we had to give it 5 stars!

In retrospect, I was quite the grouch that day and hardly enjoyed the date. But guess what? The food totally made up for it! And of course, Nick's sweet nature made me feel ashamed of myself so I tried to loosen up and relax into his company. :)
